Psychological counselling focuses on emotional problems and how these relate to behaviour and everyday feelings. Its objective is to enable people to grow emotionally and learnt to cope with daily situations and improve the quality of their lives. Our counselling sessions provide a safe environment in which people can talk through any problem they may be experiencing. We favour Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as our main approach.
